New Signs Are Up!
We finally got our new signs installed, and we have to admit — they turned out even better than we hoped! They give our little Sioux Falls pastry stand the perfect pop of personality. We wanted something that felt both homemade and a little polished, and these signs definitely made it official.
(And yes — we might have stood on the sidewalk admiring them a little too long. 😅)
Our Best Weekend Yet!
With the new signs in place, we hit a brand-new milestone: record sales!
Pre-orders flew in faster than ever, and even our drive-by customers nearly tripled. It’s been incredible seeing more and more Sioux Falls families stopping by for a pastry treat on their weekend outings.
From almond croissants to apple danishes, it’s clear that our Sioux Falls pastries are officially becoming a weekend favorite. Thank you for showing up, telling your friends, and making this dream a reality!
…And Then Came the Wind 🌬
Of course, no good story is complete without a little chaos. Just as we were celebrating our best weekend yet, the famous South Dakota wind decided to remind us who’s boss.
Our poor bake stand got tossed around like a lawn chair at a barbecue. But after some quick thinking (and a lot of sand bags), we managed to anchor it down. Lesson learned — and now we’re even more ready for whatever Mother Nature throws at us!
